The Instant Pot is the newest, coolest kitchen item available. I got one for Christmas and I now I see why! Oh. My. Goodness. I do not enjoy cooking, but I have all these people in my house who like to eat every night. Lame. The instant pot has been a total game changer! I haven't made a ton of things in it yet, but I made a handful of meals that my family deemed as "keepers" so I figured I'd share them with you!
Wendy's Copy Cat Chili - I changed up a few ingredients because I didn't have them and it still turned out so great! We are going to make chili dogs with the leftovers.
Instant Pot Hamburger Stroganoff - We LOVED this! I'll double it next time as the kids were asking for seconds and thirds!
Panera Copy Cat Broccoli Cheddar Soup - We did soup and sandwiches and loved it. Even my picky eater asked for more!
Faux-tisserie Chicken - This was so easy and delicious! I saved the bones to make a broth.
Easy Mac and Cheese - I couldn't believe how easy and yummy this is! I'll never make box mac ever again!
These are staples in our house from now on! Now 'm hungry. Great. I'm going to warm up some leftover broccoli cheddar soup for lunch. YUM!
